Ever wonder how phased-array UT applications are solved? Ever wonder how phased-array UT transducers are designed and built? Check out this video to learn more:
Recently, Sensor Networks, Inc. of Boalsburg, PA received a visit from a large user of PAUT transducers. As is customary, Mr. Jeff Anderson gave this special visitor a tour of its Boalsburg, PA factory to show the end user the many steps involved in making high-end, standard or custom PAUT probes.
The customer said “Wow—I have been using these products for many years but had no idea what it took to create them.” Furthermore, the customer went on to say “I have a dozen engineers and technicians at my west-coast factory, and I would really like them to understand this better. Can you guys make a video of the process so I can share with my colleagues back at the plant?”
And just like that Mr. Jeff Anderson, President & GM of Sensor Networks, Inc. made this customer's request into a reality. We're pleased to announce the release of this first-of-its-kind video demonstration of phased-array UT transducer design and production.
But unlike the secret formula for Coca-Cola – this cat is now out of the bag!
Video Production by Ben Lapp, Acting by Dane Hackenberger & Tina Hall.
